3 WEEKS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – TRIAL PERIOD
In some very rare situations, we provide a 3-week trial period. This offer is specifically provided to only some clients and will need to be discussed prior with the individual client. It is not a regular offer and rather an invitation from us, instead of client’s expectation.
If this trial period is offered, it will be stated in a separate contract.
In the event of the Client’s withdrawal within the 3-week trial period in case of lack of progress, the remaining amount after the deduction of provided consultations the payment will be refunded by the end of the trial period. Each provided consultation will be charged with the amount of $270 + GST. The trial period ends WITH the end of the 3rd coaching call. After that period, no refund can be made. The refund will need to be discussed with the coach during the 3 coaching sessions.
When joining our programs and services, both parties (Unlox’U and Client) legally agree to the following:
- Show up on time, ready to focus during our coaching calls/meetings and come to the call in a resourceful state.
- Do your best to implement the strategies we discuss
- Be open to ideas and directions that may feel new or different at first
- Ask questions as they arise
- Share any concerns and bring them to the attention of the Coach so they may be resolved as soon as possible
- I suggest that you keep with you a journal or pad of paper for taking notes during your coaching session. I have a lot to share with you that you will want to remember and refer back to between our sessions together.
- There is a standard 24-hour policy in making any changes to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call and/or email me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid missing out on that session. Otherwise, the Client will lose that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it.
- Cell phones are fine to call from, as long as you are in a place with a strong phone signal where you are comfortable in speaking openly for your maximum benefit.
We understand that clients have busy schedules and we take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. The first kick off call will require minimum of 60 minutes. Each follow up session will end 30 minutes after it was scheduled to begin.
We will be proactively in communication with the client and make suggestions to book for follow up calls, however, we also recommend for the client to proactively book the coaching calls/meetings if the next session wasn’t booked during the last coaching meeting.
Fees apply to late cancellations and missed appointments.
We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours’ notice will be seen as no show and the session will be deducted from available follow-up session provided as part of the program. Please note that cancellation time frames exclude weekend days.
Late cancellation/missed appointment give recognition to the time clinicians have put aside for the appointment and time they have spent preparing for the appointment. They also recognize clients on a wait list, who have insufficient time to re-arrange their schedules to attend a short-notice appointment.
We understand that sometimes it is not possible to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected emergency. If this is the case, please discuss with us which we will take into account when considering waiving the no-show and the deduction from available follow-up calls.
Should the client pay in full please be mindful that the same terms and conditions apply. The clients will be required to stay on board for 6 months. We will contact the client at the end of term to discuss how to continue after.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT & REFUND POLICY
By accepting this the client understands that this is a program which requires a commitment to the minimum term of 6 months. Given the significant time and effort the Coach invests in the Program, please note that all Coaching packages are non-refundable and non-cancellable by the Client. If the Client should decide to not continue with any outstanding sessions, full payment will still be required for the terms as set out in this Agreement. Regardless of if the client participates or chooses not to continue, they are legally liable to make all payments. If a payment plan is chosen, the partial payments are split over 6 months. The payments are not for each month/week that have been participated in, these are partial payments for the ENTIRE service/program.
The Coach may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason. In such an event, and the Client pre-paid for coaching services, the Coach will refund the Client payment for any coaching sessions that did not occur.
Should you be on a sale rate your discounted rate will apply to conditions.
